If you agree to buy ad-space from blackberryzm.com, it means that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to them.

1. Blackberryzm is in no way responsible for the kind of ADs which will be displayed.
2. Any Pornographic ADs or ADs that are not suitable for family viewing, will be removed immediately without notification. The AD cost will not be refunded whatsoever.
3. The ADs are managed by MyADManager, every transaction is recorded with the date and time of purchase and its expiration date. The system sees to it that the ADs are displayed automatically after a successful purchase for the particular time period designated and the AD will be removed after the AD’s expiration date.
4. Blackberryzm has the authority to accept or reject a particular AD. A refund will be provided to you if applicable (transaction costs will be deducted).
